2021 NGERINGA Pet Nat
Sparkling with energy and spritz; a playful pet nat in a rosé hue for luminescent Leo. Made in an exceptionally creative fashion, a blend of Syrah and Pinot Noir pressed to rosé then later blended with Viognier and Pink Semillon, which both saw time on skins. The result is a sumptuously iridescent drop with a hint of skinsy structure.
Tantalizing aromas of white flowers, musk, grapefruit and blood orange. On the palate, iced tea and citrus blossom make for a dry, textured finish. Ideal for sunny days!
